Building back my working out habit is one of my goal in 2014. I also wondered around some blogs and I read that some people make working out regularly is also one of their goal in this yea, Therefore, I am interested to share my fitness life, experience, tools and printables briefly.
This is the first time I talk about my hidden passion, fitness. It had never come to my mind falling in love with fitness as PE was my most hated subject at school. Well, honestly I started fitness without any strong will. I just strolled around the mall and I found fitness center without any determination. I just felt that I had been very plumpy and chubby at that time. I was 10 kg over the time I got married. When I got married I was 53 kg. I looked like this:
The next year after the picture, I started to workout regularly with a personal trainer and my minimum weight was only 48kg. I went to the fitness center twice a week with my husband. I looked like this:
My mom said I was too skinny, but I felt more powerful. Well, many people asking me what kind of diet I did. I said, I ate a lot when I exercise as I need energy to beat the weight and endurance. I just need to arrange my time when I have my meal. 6PM should be the last meal. I eat a lot and almost everything. However, when I was in the training program, I eat steam veggie and salad for breakfast. I had 6 times meals. The most important supplements are calcium, vitamin C, and Omega 3. I had whey protein milk. That’s all about the supplement I had. Nothing special. They were just to make sure I can have enough nutrition lifting weight and doing cardio (only 20 minutes each time).
There are a lot of things I learn from so many resources. Even I had ever been interested to be a personal trainer. Last 2012 I stopped working out because of some reasons and here I was in March 2013:
I never check my weight anymore, but I found I got sick so many time in 2013. My husband and I started thinking about return to regular working out with some intention:
- We want to stay healthy (no diabetes, no heart ache, etc). Fitness will reduce the possibilities.
- We want to maintain and grow our muscle to attach our fat. Do you know that well grown muscle can “eat” the fat or burn it automatically?
- We want to be fit and not easy to get tired
- We want to have a “together” activity. Both of us just fell in love with fitness since we started it together.
- We want to look younger
- We want to fit with any well style or model of clothes, especially for me. It is very nice to fit to great sexy clothes, you know.
- We want to be fresh and energetic
- We want to get balance body
- We want to have good sexual life
- We want to be responsible to our physical body that God gives us.
At the end of 2013, we could save some money for a home gym. We also collect some money together with my brother in law and my dad to purchase a treadmill and exercise bike. We put the super mini gym next to the study room:
In the opposite of the home gym machine, we still have a bench. We bought it last year once we stopped working out in a gym. We have to move the bench around about when we use it so that we can move properly.

It has a website that you might visit: Body For Life. It has a weekly exercise log and schedule. It looks like that it has a lot of promises, but I don’t need that. What I need is to maintain my muscle so that I have a natural fat burner inside my body.
The methods looks simple and if you are familiar with fitness terms, you might download the exercise guide in the website or here. But if you are not familiar with it, just browsing around or purchasing the book. It is valuable with some motivation.
Anyway, of course you need to invest time and money for the gym fee or instruments.
As the printables in the website have too small text, I made the copy using my own creation. I also made an exercise calendar to suit this 2014. So far I have follow it for these 4 days.

Of course working out and nutrition are not the main part of getting healthy. Discipline life style is also another aspect of stay healthy. Therefore, I plan to sleep and wake up earlier.
