We are doing our third topic for our science lesson, the basic astronomy. There are many titles for this lesson. Some people call it space unit. We call it basic astronomy in order to introduce the term astronomy which has more specific points which learn about the solar system, galaxy, and stars.
How important is astronomy to human? That is the questions. Astronomy is one way to show the greatness of God, the creator of the universe. By looking at the universe, we should realise how little is human being. We should show our gratitute to God.
The output of this topic is lapbook. We have around 20s pieces of small paper to show our study results. The templates are taken from Basic Astronomy, Knowledge Box Central
- What is astronomy?

Here are the materials are taken from:

7. www.enchantedlearning.com: astronomy unit
The amazing things doing this unit are the kids start to narate using English and write the sentences using their own language with more complex structure. I have never thought that they can do it soon like this. It sounds that they have just started talking like toddlers.
Thanks God for the bless…
