  2. Children need to know that giving them an allowance is an extra reward or appreciation for them in this case. They should not claim it as an entitlement. 
  3. Explain to children how the system works so they should know the standard and the process of how they can receive their wage. 
  4. Help children to manage their salary so they will get the money lessons at the same time with the positive habits. 
  5. Be consistent in the process so children will not underestimate you. It will also train them to be fair and consistent as well.
