This recipe should be originally European either from the Dutch or Portuguese as it has European taste, but people and wiki say that this recipe is from Indonesia. Anyway, my sons and my sister made it together yesterday. It was their snack two days ago and everyone in our house loves it.

You can freeze the snack before or after it is fried, so you can keep it for children lunch box. Some decoration with celery and vegetable will make it looks more yummy. We eat this snack in some gatherings.
I have never heard of this recipe before. But the color is very brown and nice!
It is really good to see that to increase the appetite. We use to make it for ourselves or for a gathering. Have a try and enjoy it.

I have never heard of rissole either, it looks so delicious and quick!! Thank you for sharing!
You need to try one day. Many of our westerner friends like it a lot as it has European taste.
One day you have to try it by yourself as most of our western friends love it.
