This recipe should be originally European either from the Dutch or Portuguese as it has European taste, but people and wiki say that this recipe is from Indonesia. Anyway, my sons and my sister made it together yesterday. It was their snack two days ago and everyone in our house loves it.
You can freeze the snack before or after it is fried, so you can keep it for children lunch box. Some decoration with celery and vegetable will make it looks more yummy. We eat this snack in some gatherings.
